It is rich in phytochemical allicin which is anti inflammatory and anti thrombotic and lowers bad cholesterol.Chicken makes it a protein rich recipe.

Marination:
100 grams chicken strips or boneless cubes
2 tbsp yogurt
Salt to taste
pinch of pepper
Seasoning:
1 tsp Oil
2-4 curry leaves
Cumin powder ( a pinch of )
1 small onions chopped finely
Ingredients for Chilli garlic sauce:
2 red chillies or ½ tsp red chilli powder
2 garlic cloves crushed
½ tsp Vinegar
Salt to taste
30 ml Water ( as required )
Garnish:
Coriander leaves
Onion wedges or rings
Lemon
Step 1 Prepare buttermilk by mixing yogurt, salt and pepper with ½ to ¾ cup water.
