This garlic herb challah bread is best warm, straight from the oven or a perfect pairing to any Italian dish!

1 3/4 cups warm water (105°F to 115°F)

1/4 cup honey

2 packages active dry yeast

4 eggs, lightly beaten

1/2 cup olive oil

1 Tablespoon salt

5 cloves garlic, minced, divided

2 teaspoons dried basil, crushed, divided

2 teaspoons dried rosemary, crushed, divided

2 teaspoons dried thyme, crushed, divided

8 to 8 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
