If you start making this wonderful garlic ketchup - you will never be able to eat the store bought stuff again. Don't worry - It's quick and easy! Totally worth the effort! (It makes for fabulous fry sauce too!)
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 medium onion (chopped)
3 cloves garlic
3/4 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1 can stewed tomatoes (14.5 oz)
1 can tomato paste (6oz)
1/2 cup brown sugar (loosely packed)
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
3/4 teaspoons salt
