GARLIC RICE PILAF

Rice pilaf is such an easy yummy side that goes with pretty much anything you are serving. The boxed variety is a great/quick option, but it’s just as easy to make homemade.

2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup white rice
2 1/2 cups chicken broth, divided
salt and pepper to taste
