Garlic Roasted Red Potatoes

Red potatoes are smaller than the usual russet potatoes that I use, and the red potatoes skin is smoother. While I like to use russet potatoes when I am making mashed potatoes or french fries. But red potatoes are best for pan fried potatoes or like these oven roasted red potatoes. They are crispy with tons of garlic flavor, making them a delicious way to eat potatoes.
