7 Large Garlic Cloves (finely minced)
1 tbsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp Fresh Thyme

1/4 cup Butter
3 Leeks (cut into 1/8-inch-thick coins and rinsed)
4 EAR Corn (shucked and corn cut off cobs)
3 Garlic Cloves (minced)
2 tbsp Fresh Thyme Leaves
1 cup Heavy Cream
2 tsp Kosher Salt
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
