I know that it doesn\\\'t look so yummy, without frosting, cream and all, but I guarantee that its flavor will take you to the most famous french pastry shop. The spices I used makes this cake\\\'s flavor hard to beat.

- 200 g flour;
- 100 g soft butter (room temperature);
- 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar;
- 1 egg;
- 2 tablespoons of fresh ginger (grated);
- 1 tablespoon of lemon zest (grated);
- 100 ml buttermilk;
- 2 tablespoons of honey;
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder;
- 2 teaspoon of vanilla extract;
- 1/2 teaspoons of powdered cinnamon;
- 1/2 teaspoons of coriander;
- 1/4 teaspoons of cardamom;
- a pinch of salt;
