Rich and creamy Gingerbread Hot Chocolate spiked with all the very best gingerbread spices. The perfect festive drink!

3tbsp cocoa powder
3-4tbsp light brown sugar (add to taste)
Pinch of salt
½tsp ground ginger
½tsp ground cinnamon
¼tsp ground allspice
?tsp ground nutmeg
2 cups milk
½tsp vanilla extract
Mini marshmallows/gingerbread men/whipped cream, to serve, optional

Place the cocoa powder, sugar, salt and spices into a medium sized pan and whisk together briefly.
