Ginulay na Labong is one of my dad's recipe. The labong or bamboo shoot is thinly sliced and cooked with shrimps, shrimp paste, white corn, yard long beans and saluyot leaves.
Bamboo shoot is totally edible and not only for pandas.
Sabudana Khichdi is one of the simplest recipes I've ever made, It is delicately soft, crunchy peanuts and mashed potatoes together make it obsessive worthy!
