Girl Guide Taco Salad

This recipe is one that my Mom was taught at a Girl Guide campout. It is easy to make and tastes delicious! It is going to be your kid\\\'s favourite salad!

1.5 lbs of lean ground beef
3 tablespoons of Taco Seasoning
1/3 cup water
2 cups lettuce, shredded
1 cup cheese, shredded
1 bell pepper, diced
1/2 bag tortilla chips, broken up
Salsa
Sour Cream
1 recipe of Pico de Gallo
