3/4 c granulated sugar
2 t baking powder
1/4 t salt
1/2 t ground cinnamon
1/4 t ground nutmeg

3/4 c eggnog
1/2 c salted butter
1 t vanilla extract
3/4 t rum extract

1 c confectioners sugar ( sifted )
2-3 T eggnog
1/8 t nutmeg
