1 egg ( room temperature )
1 cup banana ( mashed, about 2 bananas )
1 cup carrots ( shredded )
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cup Gluten free flour
3/4 cup gluten free rolled oats
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp baking soda
For the frosting:
1/2 cup macademia nuts ( roughly chopped )
1/2 cup Greek cream cheese
1/4 cup maple syrup
