These gluten and dairy-free muffins are soft, sweet, and secretly healthy! Made with NO butter, oil, or refined sugar--but you'd never know it!

1/2 c. mashed banana
1/3 c. maple syrup or honey
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. all-purpose gluten-free flour
pinch salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 c. chopped pecans

1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease or line 8 muffin cups.
