Gluten Free Cranberry Granola

This granola is soft and chewy. It is a perfect topper for greek yogurt.

½ cup olive oil
1/3 cup honey
¾ tsp McCormick cinnamon
1/3 c milk
¾ c brown sugar
5 c Bob's Gluten-free oats
Crasins
Mix all together except the oats. Bring to a boil and take off heat. Stir in oats. Bake at 375 stirring often until brown. About 15-20 mins Add craisins.
