Gluten free mango cake with cassava and corn flour

This is cake is so delicious. I added the lime juice and zest which is a great combination with the mango. The recipe is easy to follow. I guarantee it!

For the cake:
cups corn flour ( 3 )
cups cassava flour ( 3/4 )
each mango ( 1 ripe mango )
each lime ( 1 )
cup milk ( 2/3 warm )
cup vegetable oil ( 2/3 )
teaspoon vanilla ( 1 )
teaspoons baking powder ( 3 )
teaspoon salt ( 1 )
each eggs ( 3 room temperature )
cup sugar ( 1/2 )
For the icing:
each Egg whites ( 3 )
ounces sugar ( 18 )
tablespoon Lime juice ( 1 )
  • Preheat the oven at 350 F.
  • 2.If your flour is not refined, sift it at least twice and get rid of the residue that might be in it.
