1.5 tablespoons coconut flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
40 g butter ( cold and chopped into small pieces )
1 egg
1 tablespoon water ( if needed )
Filling:
2 eggs
100 g cottage cheese
25 ml milk
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Pinch black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh chives
A sprinkle of mozzarella
