Gluten-free Paneer Chili(Indo-Chinese)

An indo chinese dish made with chewy paneer and a spicy thick glazed sauce.

14 oz paneer cut into rectangular cubes
oil to deep/pan fry
oil to saute
salt
green onions for garnishment
2 tbsp grated garlic
2 tbsp chili sauce (more or less)
2 tbsp soy sauce (or 1.5 tbsp dark soy sauce)
all purpose flour (optional)
peppers chopped into 1 pieces
1/2 large onion chopped into 1 pieces
1 tbsp grated ginger
  1. Dust the paneer in all purpose flour (optional).
  2. Pan/deep fry the paneer until golden brown.
