Gluten-Free Spicy Cheese Straws are clean tasting Parmesan cheese straws made with coconut oil instead of butter. Delicious with just a hint of heat. A classic cocktail snack!

1 cup gluten-free, all purpose baking flour, plus more for dusting work surface (I use Bob\'s Red Mill brand)
? cup/2 ounces finely grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
5 tablespoons/2½ ounces hot water
