Gluten Free Swedish Saffranskaka (Saffron Cake)

1 egg
135 g (2/3 cup) sugar
75 ml (1/3 cup) milk
1 teaspoon ground psyllium husk
1 teaspoon baking powder
35 g (1/4 cup) almond meal/ground almonds
1 cup butter
1 cup gluten free flour ( plus 1 Tablespoon )
