!Muffins:
150 g gluten free flour blend
1 (¼ teaspoons) baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ cup (60 g) butter ( melted )
½ cup (100 g) brown sugar
1 large egg
150 ml milk
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
!Topping:
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon butter ( melted )
20 g dark chocolate ( chopped into small bits )
20 g hazelnuts ( chopped into small bits )
