1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
salt
1 tbsp flaxseed meal
2 tbsp water
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup plain non-dairy milk
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp coconut oil
1/4 cup blueberries
