Creamy little potato dumplings in a favorite cheese sauce will make this recipe a new favorite!

1 lb gnocchi
2 T butter
2 tsp garlic, finely chopped
1 T self-rising flour
1 c milk
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 c cheddar
salt and pepper
1/4 c Parmigiana Reggiano
