Gnocchi recipe with asparagus, peppers and mascarpone cheese sauce

Yayy, Gnocchi! They are easy to make, now you know! Serve it with mascarpone cheese sauce, asparagus, herbs and some mushrooms for an utterly scrumptiois meal.

To make the gnocchi::
1/2 cup flour ( keep 1 tbsp for dusting )
1 3/4 cups white potatoes Russet potatoes
1/2 cup sweet potato
1 egg medium-large
1 red pepper
1 tsp. Turmeric powder
1 tsp. Paprika powder
pinch salt
pinch pepper ( a generous pinch )
For the sauce::
3 tbsp cheese
1 cup Tomato sauce
pinch Italian herbs
For the rest of the dish::
2 cups baby mushrooms
1 cup asparagus stems
1 cup peppers ( pimientos dulce )
3 tbsp fresh Parsley ( chopped )
