Gooey Grilled Cheese Sandwich

A grilled cheese sandwich shouldn't be difficult, but there are ways to make it amazing. This post is going to show you simple ways to make that perfect grilled cheese sandwich where the bread is golden on the outside, and the cheese is not only beautifully melted on the inside, but actually stays melted for a longer period of time.

4 slices of sourdough bread
30 g of butter
50 g of Edam cheese grated
50 g of shredded mozzarella cheese
30 g of goats cheese
1 jalapeno de-seeded and finely chopped
3-4 sprigs of fresh oregano, leaves stripped off and finely chopped

The best turkey burger recipe with lean ground turkey and plenty of spices and flavorings. In my opinion, these turkey burgers are just as delicious as their beef counterparts, and they take just minutes to make!

1 1/2 lbs ground turkey ( I recommend 93% lean )
2 tbsp breadcrumbs ( I recommend Italian seasoned breadcrumbs )
1 egg
3/4 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp fresh parsley ( chopped )
1 tbsp vegetable oil
