These peanut butter crumb bars have a graham cracker crust, rich, gooey peanut butter filling, and a brown sugar crumb topping! Perfect.

1 1/2 cups graham crackers, crushed (about 12 whole graham crackers)
6 Tbsp butter, melted
2 Tbsp honey
Peanut Butter Filling
2/3 cup creamy peanut butter (I used natural) Coupons
1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
2/3 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 whole eggs + 1 yolk
pinch of salt
Crumb Topping
3/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup peanuts, chopped
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar

pinch of salt
Topping (Optional)
melted chocolate (I used about 3 oz)
