if you take the time to make Gordon Ramsey's Tomato Soup, I don't think you will be disappointed, it leaves your home smelling wonderful and your tummy full!

4 tablespoons olive oil
10 tomatoes, halved
garlic cloves, halved
1 white onion, thinly sliced
2 fresh thyme sprigs
1 teaspoon white sugar
2 basil
quart vegetable stock
salt and freshly ground black pepper
