Grandma Carols Chili

A salsa chili recipe that tastes great with or without beans.

2 pounds ground beef
1 onion
2 tsp. garlic
3 cups salsa (store bought or homemade)
1 can diced tomatoes
2 cans kidney beans (optional)
Crackers – round snack cracker any variety or flavor
