3/4 cup buttermilk
3 cups flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

oil for frying
Cinnamon Sugar ( 1/2 c. sugar + 2 tsp. cinnamon )
