Granola

Easy, yummy and healthy homemade granola!

7 c rolled oats
1 c wheat germ
1 tsp salt
1 c brown sugar
1/2 c powdered milk
1/2 c water
1/2 c canola oil
1 1/2 tsp vanilla (or maple)
In a VERY large bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients. In a small bowl, thoroughly mix together the water, oil and vanilla. Pour liquid over the dry ingredients and mix to moisten all. Spread out on a large cookie sheet. Bake at 250 for 1 hour, stirring and re-spreading every 15 minutes.
