Do you like ceviche? Well, twist it up with a bit of grapefruit! This is a classic ceviche recipe with a twist.

10 fl ozs Red Snapper
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup grapefruit juice
2 roma tomatoes, chopped
1/2 grapefruit, sectioned
3-4 garlic cloves
1/2 chopped onion
1 jalepeno
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1 slightly firm avocado, clean and chopped
salt and pepper ( to taste )
