1 tsp. chili flakes
2 tbsp. tomato paste
1 15 oz. can tomatoes ( puree the tomatoes )
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. smoked paprika
3 bay leaves
1/3 cup fresh flat leafed parsley, chopped
2 Tbsp. fresh dill chopped
3 15 oz. cans butter beans or lima beans ( Be sure to reserve the liquid )
