Here is an easy greek chicken souvlaki recipe (this is perfect for summer grilling and so healthy and easy to make!) it's one of my favorites! enjoy! ?

Ingredients:
For the tzatziki sauce:

3 – 5.3 oz. cups of Oikos plain, non-fat Greek yogurt(I used 0% plain Oikos)
1 cucumber, peeled, seeds removed and grated
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon fresh dill
juice of one lemon

For the chicken: ?

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (3-4 oz. each), cubed
1/8 cup white vinegar + 1/8 cup water
2 tablespoons fresh-squeezed lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons dried oregano
Salt and pepper
Cavenders greek seasoning ( about 4 teaspoons )
