Substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise and you'll lose the fat and none of the taste! We love this chicken salad in my house!

2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
1/3 cup diced celery
1/3 cup diced apple
1/3 cup grapes, cut in half
Juice of half a lemon
