1 can (15 oz) French green beans ( drained )
1 can (15 oz) sliced potatoes ( drained )
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp olive oil
black olives ( sliced )
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. sweet basil
dash red pepper
salt and pepper ( to taste )
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Chill for at least 2 hours.
