Green Pineapple Smoothie with Kale and Spinach
Start your day with this high-fiber green pineapple smoothie with zero refined sugar. It's low fat, low calorie, refreshing, and super simple to make.
1 handful of kale and spinach (about 1 cup, packed)
6 mint leaves
1/4 cup Greek plain yogurt
1 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 packet Stevia (optional)
1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
Add coconut water in a blender, followed by green leaves and mint. Add yogurt, then pineapple. Top with stevia and chia seeds (if using) and blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
