Green Salad with Roasted Vegetables

Mushroom - 200 - 300 g
cauliflower - 200 - 300 g
Onion - 1 Grava
Lime - 1.
lettuce - 1.

olive oil - 1 tbsp
parsley - 1 bunch

Mushrooms, onions and cauliflower is chopped, mix with salt, pepper and olive oil. Mix well and cook in the oven, it can be dispersed by stirring, if necessary. During this time is broken or cut lettuce walnuts baked in a dry pan and cut. Peel the carrots and cut into strips using a peeler. Once the roasted vegetables are ready, put on lettuce, add lime juice, walnuts, chopped parsley, carrots and curry. Taste as desired with additional salt, vinegar or lemon.

3 T cornmeal
3 T unsweetened cocoa powder
Pinch salt
3 eggs
1/2 c salted butter
1/2 c light corn syrup
1 t vanilla extract
1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, cornmeal, cocoa and salt. Add eggs, melted butter, corn syrup and vanilla; mix well. Pour into unbaked pie crust.
