Mushrooms, onions and cauliflower is chopped, mix with salt, pepper and olive oil. Mix well and cook in the oven, it can be dispersed by stirring, if necessary.
During this time is broken or cut lettuce walnuts baked in a dry pan and cut. Peel the carrots and cut into strips using a peeler.
Once the roasted vegetables are ready, put on lettuce, add lime juice, walnuts, chopped parsley, carrots and curry.
