Have you ever grilled lettuce? Well you should definitely give it a shot. This easy, quick, and healthy dish will be the perfect addition to any meal. Add some grilled chicken and make this an easy weeknight meal.

FOR THE DRESSING

1/2 cup olive oil
juice of 1 lemon
1 clove of garlic, chopped
1 spoonful Dijon mustard
3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
FOR THE GRILLED LETTUCE

2 head of Romaine, cut in half, washed and dried
