GRILLED CHICKEN AND CORN ON THE COB SALAD

Chicken is a good source of protein, vitamins and minerals., while corn cob contributing with its antioxidant properties make this recipe a healthy salad alternative.
2 Garlic cloves, crushed
1 Teaspoon Paprika powder (red chilli powder)
1/2 Teaspoon Olive oil
15 grams Corn kernels
2-3 Lettuce leaf
1/2 Cucumber, diced
Step 1 Cut the chicken breasts into pieces. Mix the garlic, paprika, lemon juice and olive oil with some seasoning and toss with the chicken. Leave to marinate for at least 15 mins.
