Vinaigrette:
1 pt. Cherry Tomatoes
8 oz. Smoked Bacon ( diced into 1/2 inch pieces )
1 Large Shallot ( julienned )
5 Garlic Cloves ( smashed )
1 SPRIG Thyme ( leaves only )
1 1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
1/2 tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1/2 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 cup Sherry Vinegar
Marinade:
1 cup Vinaigrette ( recipe shown above )
1/2 cup Grapeseed Oil
1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1 tsp. Kosher Salt
Croutons:
1 Small Baguette ( cut into bite-size pieces )
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1 tsp. Kosher Salt
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
Additional Salad Ingredients:
1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
1 Avocado ( cut into bite-size pieces )
5 oz. Mixed Baby Greens
