Grilled Meatloaf Sandwich

These Grilled Meatloaf Sandwiches have been a favorite of ours for as long as I can remember. Sometimes I think we make meatloaf just for the sandwiches. Don't skip the Chipotle ketchup as it complements the sandwich so well.
