This is an easy and incredibly flavorful way to prepare boneless skinless chicken breasts.Chicken is the best leanprotein. Parsley is rich in Vitamin K. Parsley is rich in micronutrients. Garlic contains useful minerals such as phosphorous, calcium, and iron, as well as trace minerals like iodine, sulfur, and chlorine. It is rich in phytochemical allicin which is anti inflammatory and anti thrombotic and lowers bad cholesterol.

100 grams Chicken
1 tsp Fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp Coriander powder
2-3 Garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp Paprika powder
1/4 tsp Chilli powder
2 tbsp Fresh parsley
Salt ( as per taste )
Pepper powder ( as per taste )
1/2 tsp Oil

Step 1 Add garlic, coriander powder, cumin, paprika, chilli powder and parsley in a blender and grind it coarsely and keep aside.
