Grilled Quail’s Egg Shrimp

This is a pretty recipe that would sure wow your guest and they will never figure out how you make this. However, the hardest part of this recipe is the special Takoyaki pan, which is hard to obtain in the western region.

Recipe: For 2~3 serving, Ready in 40 minutes.

1 tablespoon Wheat Starch

3 tablespoon Soft flour / cake flour

1/2 cup Water (don’t add all, it should be not too thick but pourable)

1/2 teaspoon Baking powder

12 tails Fresh shrimps

12 nos Quail eggs

As need Seaweed powder / Shredded seaweed

As need Mayonnaise (for dipping)
