A simple marinade of lime, garlic, and cilantro makes this grilled shrimp plump and flavorful.

8 ounces peeled and deveined shrimp
4 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon garlic
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Combine lime juice, chili powder, garlic, and cilantro and mix well.
  • Add shrimp and turn to coat.
