1 Double 8 Cattle Company Fullblood Wagyu Top Round Steak Tenderized ( cut into 4 equal-size pieces )
2 Large Yellow Onions ( peeled and cut into 1/2-inch-thick rounds )
Marinade :
10 Garlic Cloves ( minced )
3 Jalapenos ( seeded and finely chopped )
3 tbsp. Firmly Packed Light Brown Sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. Kosher Salt
1 tbsp. Ground Cumin
1 tbsp. Ground Coriander
2 Large Navel Oranges ( cut in half and juiced )
2 Limes ( cut in half and juiced )
1/4 cup Grapeseed Oil
1/4 cup Cilantro Stems ( chopped )
Garnish :
1/4 cup Cilantro Leaves
For Serving :
1 PACKAGE Tortillas ( warmed )

FIRST STEP
