This Tuscan chopped salad is made with marinated and grilled Wagyu steak, kale, tomatoes, mozzarella, crusty bread, cucumber, onion, capers, and torn basil leaves! The dressing is made with oil, red wine vinegar, roasted shallots, and garlic. This tasty steak salad is perfect for anytime you're craving a hearty salad!

Marinade Dressing:
2 Large Shallots ( peeked and cut into 4 pieces )
6 Garlic Cloves ( smashed )
3 tbsp Grapeseed Oil
2 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
1/2 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 cup Sherry Vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
tablespoon Sugar
1 cup Grapeseed Oil
1 cup Olive Oil
Salad:
1 Lacinato Kale ( ribs removed and torn into bitesize pieces )
2 cups Cherry Tomatoes ( cut in half )
2 cups Ciliegine Mozzarella Balls ( cut in half )
1 Loaf Crusty Bread ( cut into 1 inch cubes )
1 English Cucumber ( cut into bite size pieces )
1 Red Bell Pepper ( cut into 1 inch cubes )
1 Yellow Bell Pepper ( seeded and cut into 1 inch cubes )
3 tbsp Capers
1 Small Red Onion ( julienned )
3/4 cup Torn Basil Leaves
