Khoya – 1 cup
Maida/All Purpose Flour – 2 ½ tbsp
Cooking Soda (Sodium bi carbonate) – a pinch
Milk – 1 tbsp (optional – if needed)
Oil/Ghee– As required(To fry jamuns)
To make Sugar syrup:
Sugar – 1 ½ cup
Water 1 ½ cup
Saffron strands – Few
Cardamom powder
