Khoya Gulab Jamun !! I tried for the first time. Such a delectable sweet. The sweet dumplings stewed in sugar syrup are drool worthy

Khoya – 1 cup
Maida/All Purpose Flour – 2 ½ tbsp
Cooking Soda (Sodium bi carbonate) – a pinch
Milk – 1 tbsp (optional – if needed)
Oil/Ghee– As required(To fry jamuns)
To make Sugar syrup:
Sugar – 1 ½ cup
Water 1 ½ cup
Saffron strands – Few
Cardamom powder
Maida/All Purpose Flour – 2 ½ tbsp
Cooking Soda (Sodium bi carbonate) – a pinch
Milk – 1 tbsp (optional – if needed)
Oil/Ghee– As required(To fry jamuns)
To make Sugar syrup:
Sugar – 1 ½ cup
Water 1 ½ cup
Saffron strands – Few
Cardamom powder
1. In a bowl, crumble the Khoya,then add Maida and cooking soda to it.
2. Mix well and make as a soft dough by adding water little by little.Make as a firm and soft dough.
