400g roasted peppers
200 g cheese
250 g mushrooms
500 grams of chicken
4 pcs. eggs
250 g cheese
3 pinches of ground black pepper
2 pinches of ground cumin
savory taste
salt to taste
1. Diced chicken and fry until browned. Then add the chopped mushrooms and fry some more. Add pepper, cumin, salt and savory taste. 2. At the bottom of casseroles crushed cheese and then cut the peppers. Add the meat with mushrooms and bake 20 minutes on a preheated 175 degrees oven. 3. Subtract gyuvechetata, broke an egg and sprinkle with cheese. Bake until browned. Before the presentation can decorate with a sprig of dill and parsley.

Marinated Taro Root

A marinated snack that can be used to replace late night bad habit cravings!

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  1. Wash the taro roots well.
  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
