These cookies are so fun and easy! But the best part about them is how good they taste! They are soft and fudgy inside, and the flavor is almost exactly like an Oreo.

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tablespoons dutched (black) cocoa powder
3/4 teaspoons kosher salt
Chocolate sprinkles
Candy eyeballs
Mini peanut butter cups.
