These Grave Digger Halloween cocktails are my welcoming toast to fall! With cooler weather ahead and the kiddos back at school, we're already thinking about parties, family get-togethers and fun ways to celebrate the season. Last year I was in New Orleans. Apple pie is a show-stopping dessert that is made with a lusciously thick and gooey filling embedded with layers upon layers of tender apples. The flaky, buttery homemade pie crust and a heaping scoop of vanilla ice cream for serving are non-negotiable!

Double Pie Crust:
2.5 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. granulated sugar
1 cup unsalted butter ( cold and cut into cubes )
6 tbsp. ice water
Apple Pie Filling:
3 lbs. apples ( 6-7 large Granny Smith or Honey Crisp )
3 tbsp. cornstarch
.25 cup unsalted butter

If you are following us since the beginning, then you know how much we love pumpkins. We had some leftover pumpkin puree and decided to create the best recipe for Vegan Pumpkin Bread!

Bread:
210 g spelt flour
70 g almond flour
2 tablespoons coconut flour
1 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
130 g coconut sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
75 ml unsweetened almond milk
75 g melted coconut oil
