Ham and Cheese Hashbrown Casserole

The perfect casserole for left over holiday ham...A dish that is definitely full of flavor! (To lighten it a bit, try making it with low fat soup and half the cheese.)

32 oz. shredded hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can of cheese soup (I used Campbell's Queso and Poblano soup)
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cups diced ham
8 oz plain Greek yogurt
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tablespoons basil
1 tsp pepper
2 cups pepper jack cheese, shredded
1. Mix all ingredients except the pepper jack cheese. 2. Press into a greased 9x13 inch pan. 3. Sprinkle pepper jack cheese on top. 4. Bake in the oven for 1 hour, or until bubbly on top. 5. Enjoy!
